With online order:
You can find the completely automatisated QUICK RATE in the top of the website. Please select the proposed date of the rental, and then click on the change period button. The upcoming car list contains all the cars available for the chosen period. Please select the most adequate car to your needs. On the following page you can give all the other details, eg. the place of picking up-, or leaving the car, all the necessary facilities (e.g. roof rack, child seat), required services (transport, full Casco). After getting on, you can reserve the car on the next page. The reservation is possible with paying the 30% of the rental fee if there are more than 15 days till the rental, and with paying the total rental fee if within 15 days. For the payment the Online Reservation System transfers you to the site of OTP Bank where you can give all the needed data of your credit- or debit-card. Then the OTP reservation system takes you back to the Yes Autorent rent-a-car website. According to our General Terms of Conditions, in case of calling off the reservation it is out of our power to give the money back, but you can use the amount for car rental within the following two years. If you do not like to reserve the car at this point, please select the Contact us button. So the system sends a data sheet to our colleagues who will contact you in the shortest time.

Our colleagues will make an offer according to your needs:

1. The list of free cars in that period of time
In categories, and types, with the general info

2. The detailed prices:
- Rent price (it depends on the time period and the type of car)
- Delivery prices if you asked for delivery.
- The price for opening of the office if the time period exceeds work hours.
- The price for equipments.
- The price for extra facilities (like highway stickers)

3, The amount of the deposit.
Naturally this depends on the type of the cars.

4, The amount of price reductions
These can be cliental or general. In many cases we give price reductions for pre-ordering. You can find more about this and other reductions on the Actions page.

5, The terms of reservation
For booking we ask a booking price, which means 10% of the total rent price or at least 5.000 HUF. It can be paid in cash or by credit card too. This naturally gets taken from the total rent’s price. If the reservation is cancelled the price won’t be paid back.

6, Terms of making the contract:
1. Documents needed:
The hirer has to have these documents, which will be copied by Yes Autorent: - ID card or passport, - Address card (if the hirer has one) - At least a one year old driving license. If the country the driving license was made in is not on the list of insurance companies an international driving license is needed.
2. Financial terms:
- Paying the Rent price. In any cases the price has to be prepaid. Paying can be done in cash and by credit card. - Preauthorization of the deposit. The preauthorization is made mostly by credit card.
This means that the deposit on the card won’t be taken from it just has a booking on it and it can’t be used until the booking is cancelled.
If the hirer asks for car delivery the booking is preformed on the day before the overtaking of the car.
In special cases we accept the deposit in cash too.

Acceptance and confirmation.

You can decide if you like our offer or not. If you accept our offer our colleagues will reserve the car for you, of course the reservation needs to be done before.

Important!

Throughout the reservation our company engages only categories, of course we do everything to reserve the chosen car.
However in special cases we are not able to give out the chosen car, so we have to give another type. In these cases the car is the same category or higher and the price won’t change.
