Of course in special cases we can be flexible. This means that if the complete deposit could not be booked on the credit card the remaining amount can be given in cash.
But this is only available in special cases and preferably in the cases of people who already rented a car.

The reason we are so concerned with preauthorization is because we experienced that the penalties (parking, highway sticker) arrive after months of the end of the renting of the car. In these cases we aren’t always capable of connecting the hirer.
According to the contract our company is allowed to take this amount from the hirers credit card with an extra administration price (2000 HUF+VAT) until the end of the 12th month that follows the end of the car renting.
