WHEN AND HOW IS THE MONEY GIVEN BACK? |

The deposit is released when the car is brought back
(if this happens to be on a weekend then it is made on the next workday).
If there were damages on the car the booking can only be cancelled after we could estimate the damages.
After the cancelling of the preauthorization the releasing of the money can take up to 2-3 days depending on the banks. |
